LATICRETE Australia, Production and Warehouse Team from VIC, NSW and QLD all got to enjoy their day out fishing in Brisbane on Saturday - well some more than others due to sea sickness.

Production Manager, Jamie Young said, "The boys and I had a fabulous day out on the water…although we didn’t catch that elusive trophy fish we were all hoping for…we did manage to catch several of the smaller variety. All in all…the sun was shining, the fish were biting and the beer was cold, what more can you ask for...!?

Thank you again to all involved and for all your hard work and dedication to the job throughout the year…the charter was a small token of appreciation for your work in 2012.”

Metro TIles - Airlie Beach Training Afternoon

Recently Nick and Reuben (QLD Technical Sales Reps) held an informative LATICRETE product demonstration in conjunction with Metro Tiles in Airlie Beach, Queensland.

"Outstanding Work" with Mosaic Pools: Orchid Group

This amazing infinity edge swimming pool in Noosa is being meticulously tiled with mosaic by Don Macdonald and his team from the Orchid Group.

Reuben Craig (QLD Technical Sales Rep) said "Don does OUTSTANDING work with mosaic pools, I haven’t met anyone of this class in a long time." 

Reuben went on to say "Don uses the complete LATICRETE system and is fanatical. These photos do not do justice to the quality of his craftsmanship. Don also sends his guys to Italy for Bisazza training and ends up teaching THEM!"

Amber Tiles at Maroochydore gets "Dazzled"!

Nick Collett and Reuben Craig (QLD Technical Sales Reps) recently visited Amber Tiles in Maroochydore - a long time supporter of LATICRETE. Nick and Reuben Grouted one of the beautiful displays at Amber Tiles with LATICRETE SpectraLOCK PRO Grout (which is stain proof!) and added the Dazzle component to make the grout really sparkle. 

Peter and the team were amazed at how easy it was and was quoted as saying “The Dazzle feature really complements the silver features in the tiles”.

Nick and Reuben (QLD Technical Sales Reps) along with Rick (LATICRETE Australia Sales & Marketing) create a demonstration LATICRETE Shower Display using a variety of LATICRETE products. Stage one; creating the shower base they used LATICRETE 3701 Fortified Mortar Bed over LATICRETE Hydro Ban (waterproof membrane). Also used was the new LATICRETE Shower Drains for premium performance.

Recently Nick and Reuben (QLD Technical Sales Reps) went to iLandscape to educate the staff on the LATICRETE MVIS/Adbri Masonry/Eldorado Stone Installation System. They also helped construct and install with the LATICRETE MVIS (Masonry Veneer Installation System) a small feature planter box with Adbri Masonry’s Coastal Reef Stone. The planter box was created out of dry-stacked block, and the adhesive is holding it all together.

The staff were amazed at the capabilities of the LATICRETE MVIS.
