Another Completed Project for Skorpil Tiling

Skorpil Tiling are keeping extremely busy with projects! The team shared the project pics and the details of this renovation at Duporth Tavern in Maroochydore, QLD in collaboration with Vantage Building Group. Well done to all the teams involved, it looks amazing!

Products used for the tiling installation were LATICRETE: 254 and 335 adhesive to install the tiles in the bar area, on the floors, and brick face.

Great Event at Reece Irrigation Maroochydore

LATICRETE Technical Sales Reps from QLD, Mitchell Haw and Shane Anderson, were at Reece Irrigation Maroochydore last week for a trade information afternoon. Those who attended had the opportunity to chat with Mitchell and Shane to gain a better understanding of LATICRETE products including HYDRO BAN®, 3701 Fortified Mortar Bed, and 335 Premium Flexible Adhesive.

• HYDRO BAN - a thin, load bearing waterproofing/crack isolation membrane that DOES NOT require the use of fabric in the field, coves or corners. HYDRO BAN is a single component, self curing liquid rubber polymer that forms a flexible, seamless waterproofing membrane. HYDRO BAN bonds directly to a wide variety of substrates.  
• 3701 Fortified Mortar Bed - a specially designed latex admixture for use with thin-set adhesives, cement grouts, cement mortar beds and other cement mixes. Used in place of water, 3701 Mortar Admix improves the working and physical properties of any cement mix and provides an economical and easy way to make permanent, trouble-free installations of ceramic tile, brick and natural stone.

Amber Tiles at Maroochydore gets "Dazzled"!

Nick Collett and Reuben Craig (QLD Technical Sales Reps) recently visited Amber Tiles in Maroochydore - a long time supporter of LATICRETE. Nick and Reuben Grouted one of the beautiful displays at Amber Tiles with LATICRETE SpectraLOCK PRO Grout (which is stain proof!) and added the Dazzle component to make the grout really sparkle. 

Peter and the team were amazed at how easy it was and was quoted as saying “The Dazzle feature really complements the silver features in the tiles”.
