Do you want to up your flooring game? Use LEVEL on your next project! LEVEL is a cement-based underlayment for use in levelling interior substrates. LEVEL produces a flat, smooth, and hard surface for the installation of the finished flooring. LEVEL can be placed from 3mm - 76mm in a single lift.

Phillip Island Fibreglass Balcony

LATICRETE Technical Services Representative Chris Stenhouse caught up with tiler Dean on Phillip Island to collaborate on this 70m² fiberglass balcony project. Dean was installing the 1200x600mm porcelain tiles using LATAPOXY® 300 Adhesive, finishing the project with SPECTRALOCK® PRO Premium Grout in Mocha, and using LATASIL™ for the expansion and movement joints.

Celebrating 65 Years

 

As the year draws to a close, we're celebrating 2021's final Throwback Thursday with one last glimpse at the 65-year history of LATICRETE. This small sign in the middle of the Connecticut grassland marked the location of a future building site for the research, manufacturing, warehousing and distribution of LATICRETE products. 

Within 65 years, that land would develop and become a headquarters for global operations. The LATICRETE brand has become globally known for the permanent, problem-free installation of tile and stone. From this small piece of undeveloped land grew a company that now spans the world in over 100 countries.

From all of us here at LATICRETE Australia, we thank you for 65 years of support, and as we move into our 66th year we look forward to celebrating many more milestones with you!

Product Feature: LATAPOXY 310 Stone Adhesive

LATAPOXY® 310 Rapid Stone Adhesive is a two component, high strength epoxy adhesive. Engineered, formulated and optimised for the spot bonding fixing method of installing tile and stone on vertical surfaces. LATAPOXY 310 Rapid Stone Adhesive maintains its non-sag consistency at high working temperatures up to 35°C. Interior, exterior, wet areas and dry areas. Walls, ceilings and soffits.

• Fast, permanent bond – 5 to 8 minute set time. 
• Easy to use – 1:1 mixing ratio by volume. 
• Non staining – ideal for white and light coloured marbles, other stones and tiles. 
• Withstands shock and vibration.
• Durable permanent bond, will not deteriorate over time. 
• Safe – no solvents. 
• Non-sag – when applied up to 25 mm thick. 
• Standard version is available; 45 – 60 minute set up. Approved by the following building codes bodies for exterior installations; ICC, IBC.
