Residential Pool in Progress

LATICRETE Technical Sales Rep, Glenn Mannix, was on-site with the team from Endless Landscapes while working on this residential pool project in Rosebay, NSW. The team is using a range of LATICRETE materials for the installation.

LATICRETE installation materials used:

• 254 is the ultimate one-step, polymer fortified, thin-set adhesive. For interior and exterior installation of ceramic and stone tile, reduced thickness porcelain, quarry tile, pavers, and thin brick. 254 provides long open time with unsurpassed adhesion and workability. 
• LATAPOXY® Moisture Shield is a 2 component, roller applied epoxy coating specifically designed to reduce moisture vapour emissions in concrete and other substrates.
• HYDRO BAN® is a thin, load-bearing waterproofing/crack isolation membrane that DOES NOT require the use of fabric in the field, coves or corners. HYDRO BAN is a single component, self-curing liquid rubber polymer that forms a flexible, seamless waterproofing membrane. 
• SPECTRALOCK® PRO Premium Grout* is a high-performance epoxy grout that offers colour uniformity, durability, and stain resistance with extraordinary ease of use.

Rose Bay Pool Completed

Earlier this year, we shared the beginning of this pool project by Pete and the team from Ellis Construction. Glenn Mannix, LATICRETE Technical Sales Rep, recently shared the above photo of the team's completed project and it looks beautiful! 

Pete and the team from Ellis Construction worked with Western Suburbs Tiles installing the 200m2 of Sukabumi tiles at this Rose Bay residence in NSW. 

Additional LATICRETE installation materials used on the project are:

• 226 Thick Bed Mortar is a factory prepared blend of carefully selected raw materials, Portland cement and graded aggregates. 226 Thick Bed Mortar was designed for use with 3701 Mortar Admix to produce a latex Portland cement mortar that has exceptional strength. 
• 3701 Mortar Admix is used in place of water, 3701 Mortar Admix improves the working and physical properties of any cement mix and provides an economical and easy way to make permanent, trouble
• LATAPOXY® 300 Adhesive is a chemical resistant, epoxy adhesive that will bond to most sound, clean surfaces. The adhesive spreads easily and cleans with water while fresh.
• SPECTRALOCK® PRO Premium Grout* is a high-performance epoxy grout that offers colour uniformity, durability, and stain resistance with extraordinary ease of use.

One happy customer! Pete from Ellis Construction recently gave LATAPOXY® 300 Adhesive the thumbs up as LATICRETE Technical Sales Rep, Glenn Mannix, provided technical assistance onsite last week.
