The refurbishment consists of an external wall cladding repair using LATAPOXY® 310 Stone Adhesive and mechanical fixing as per LATICRETE Technical Service Manager, Fred Gray, specifications.
LATAPOXY® 310 Stone Adhesive is a two component, high strength epoxy adhesive. Engineered, formulated and optimised for the spot bonding fixing method of installing tile and stone on vertical surfaces. LATAPOXY 310 Stone Adhesive maintains its non-sag consistency at high working temperatures up to 35°C. Interior, exterior, wet areas, walls, ceilings and soffits.
An additional, 480m2 of 400x600mm Natural Bluestone tiles for the external floor area and 400x900mm in white marble, 75x300x10mm in grenen, white, and black marble feature tiles, for the internal area, installed using 335 Premium Flexible Adhesive.
335 Premium Flexible Adhesive is a high performance thin-bed adhesive for installation a wide range of tile and stone for exterior and underwater applications. 335 Premium Flexible Adhesive exceeds the requirements of AS ISO13007.1&2 classification C2TES1.
