A LATICRETE Solution
In Southern California, the
Crossroads Business Park is a modern 139,354 m2 office and retail space which
features a host of modern amenities and a progressive design that includes
large format travertine natural stone tile on the façade of the building. One
of the challenges that came with the project was that the building is four
stories tall and was built using concrete, tilt-up walls, meaning that the
walls were poured horizontally and then hoisted in to place and tied together.
LATICRETE was brought in early to the process to identify the best materials
and methods to achieve the desired results for the exterior tiling.

The installation took just over three months to complete and LATICRETE was used throughout the project which provided a 25 year warranty.
With the LATICRETE solution, the desired look the client was after, was achieved as well as an installation
that will hold up well throughout the years. The building is a success and is
