Wow, What a Great Looking Balcony!
QLD Tiler, Gareth O'Shea, from Precision Tile and Stone recently completed a balcony project, and to ensure the balconies will stand the test of weather and time, Gareth chose to use PERMACOLOR® Select Grout. Gareth explained the process involved:
"Both balconies have been completely ripped out and rebuilt to an even higher standard. Fully waterproofed to avoid any further issues. Drip edge balcony angles used to prevent water run-off affecting the façade. 200x200 Jet Black and Snow White tiles on the 45° angle with full black tile as a border around the perimeter. And yet again, I'll be using the Laticrete Permacolor Select Grout to avoid any mould growth or staining of the grout. This should still look like a brand new job in 10 years time. Perfectly clean and zero cleaning for the homeowner to do after we leave. Now that's how it should be done."
