In response to an email sent to customers, our GM received the following email from a life long, dedicated and loyal LATICRETE customer :

"Henry I like this approach.  I used to preach to our staff that we put dollars in the bank not % profit margins.  In other words we could sell $.99 SF tile with a 50% margin and bank $.495 SF or sell $3.00 SF tile with 35% margin and bank $1.05 SF.  Your message of selling up or adding on to the sale is very important in good times and bad.  And remember Laticrete is selling inexpensive insurance---something every installer should appreciate."
