Fixing Project that Takes You to the Clouds!

 

This fixing project will take you to the clouds! Don Macdonald and his team from The Orchid Group recently fixed and grouted this custom made cloud image featuring 10x10mm glass mosaic tiles from Trend, using LATAPOXY® SP-100. 

LATAPOXY® SP-100 is a stainless, pigment free, colourfast epoxy grout for grouting floor installations of ceramic tile, brick, and stone.

Mosaic Display at Urban Tiles

A Store Display That Will Impress!

Urban Tiles in Capalaba, Queensland, has a beautiful Trend mosaic display. This stunning display consists of 24 carrot white gold leaf mosaic tiles. This gorgeous mosaic mural was intalled by Murray Heazlewood using a variety of LATICRETE products. 

One of the LATICRETE products chosen for the project was LATAPOXY® 310 Stone Adhesive -  a two component, high strength epoxy adhesive. Engineered, formulated and optimised for the spot bonding fixing method of installing tile and stone on vertical surfaces. LATAPOXY 310 Stone Adhesive maintains its non-sag consistency at high working temperatures up to 35°C. Ideal for Interior, exterior, wet areas, walls, ceilings and soffits. Fantastic Profit Through Knowledge Seminar

We had a great turnout yesterday for the Profit Through Knowledge Seminar held at LATICRETE QLD.

This Seminar was focused on technical training in materials, methods and processes of laying Trend Q Large format tiles with LATICRETE materials. 

Attendees were fortunate as Paul Mills from Trend Q presented on the Product Basics, Product Handling and Product Layout of Trend Q Large Format Tiles. 

Fred Gray, LATICRETE Technical Service Manager and Nick Collett, LATICRETE Technical Sales Rep presented and demonstrated LATICRETE products which are  innovative, designed for ease of installation, which saves in labour and costs. 

We had great representation from companies such as Trend, MD & MT Heazlewood, Tilecorp, M&K McKenna Tiling, PA & RL McKenna Tiling and Lux Tiles.
