Constitution Place Canberra

 

Craig Hunter, LATICRETE Technical Sales Rep, was on the project site with the team from CE Construction Solutions and the builder Construction Control at Constitution Place in Canberra, ACT. This landmark project is very close to completion, where approximately 5000m2 granite stones of various sizes have already been laid. Once completed, the project will include public spaces, driveways, and a food precinct. 

LATICRETE installation materials used:

Fox Lane Streetscape Completed

The team from Ally Civil has laid their final touches on the streetscape at the recently shared Fox Lane project in Ashfield, NSW. The 600m2 area features brick pavers and has been installed using a full LATICRETE “Extra Heavy Duty” Streetscape system.

LATICRETE products in this system are recommended for the installation of ceramic tile, concrete paver, and natural stone where an “Extra Heavy Duty” installation that is required normally associated with transitways, roads, footpaths, and streetscapes. These systems are particularly suited to roads and areas required to handle heavy vehicular traffic.

Bisazza Mosaic Pool in Brighton

 

Chris Stenhouse, LATICRETE Technical Sales Rep, was on-site with Ryan from Electric Pool Tiling while working on this pool project in Brighton, VIC. The 120m2 pool features Bisazza mosaics tiles which is being installed using a range of LATICRETE installation materials:

Seashell Mosaics for Resort

The Skills of Skorpil Tiling

The team at Skorpil Tiling show off their skills in this amazing bathroom which they have been working on with the builder, Coastal View Homes at Noosa Pacific Resort.

The ensuite is tiled in seashell mosaics, which are 1mm thick. 3701 Fortified Mortar Bed was used to render the curve in the walls and grouted using LATAPOXY® SP-100, in Bright White.

3701 Fortified Mortar Bed is a polymer fortified blend of carefully selected polymers, Portland cement, and graded aggregates. 3701 Fortified Mortar Bed does not require the use of latex admix, you only need to add water to produce thick bed mortar with exceptional strength. LATAPOXY SP-100 is a stainless, pigment free, colourfast epoxy grout for grouting floor installations of ceramic tile, brick, and stone. Cleans with water while fresh.
