The Ultimate, AllPrep LATICRETE® SUPERCAP® Pump Truck System was recently used to rectify an existing substrate that was highly damaged during demolition.

The project consisted of an approximately 800m2 floor area with an average thickness of 40mm. Using the AllPrep LATICRETE® SUPERCAP®, 53 tonnes of LATICRETE® SUPERCAP® self-levelling underlayment was laid in just over 3.5 hours. This is equivalent to 53 pallets of traditional 20kg bag product!

Although this system is relatively new to this country, it has already been used successfully on multiple projects in Australia.

It’s an excellent option for tier-one and tier-two projects that require extensive concrete rectification work.

LATICRETE® SUPERCAP® Pump Truck System

The LATICRETE® SUPERCAP® System is a time-saving, cost-effective method in finishing new concrete or capping existing slabs. This proven LEAN Construction tool provides benefits right from the start of concrete placement in division 3 and flows through division 9.

The System combines LEED contributing, GREENGUARD certified, low alkali, self-levelling cement-based technology with a computer-controlled mobile blending unit (the pump truck).

Awarded One Sydney Harbour Project

AllPrep Flooring has been awarded the One Sydney Harbour contract, including the use of the LATICRETE SUPERCAP system. This work will be completed for top-tier construction company, Lendlease. Located in Barangaroo, Sydney, the 70-floor building will be a luxurious residential complex on completion.

AllPrep Flooring will use the SUPERCAP system to level all floors of the building. By employing this new-to-Australia technology, Lendlease will save many hours on labour, progress quickly to the next stage of this large project - and will be among the first companies in the country to use this incredible flooring system.
