Wellington Pool Project

Glenn Mannix, LATICRETE NSW Technical Sales Rep, recently visited the team from Knewbee Tiling on-site at this pool project in Wellington NSW, which is in the final stages. Knewbee Tiling and builders, Hines Construction, have worked on this 3000m2 pool that features porcelain tiles which have been installed using a range of LATICRETE materials. 

LATICRETE products used:

• HYDRO BAN® is a thin, load bearing waterproofing/crack isolation membrane that DOES NOT require the use of fabric in the field, coves or corners. • Ultra X8 Polymer Fortified Flexible Adhesive - a creamy and smooth to trowel thin-set adhesive for installing all types of tile and stone over a wide range of surfaces.
• LATASIL™ is a high performance, one component, neutral cure, 100% silicone sealant designed for ceramic tile and stone applications. 
• SPECTRALOCK® PRO Premium Grout* provides colour uniformity, durability and ease of installation. Designed for use on tile, glass tile and stone applications, both residential and commercial.
• PERMACOLOR® Grout offers the maximum performance available in a cement-based grout, providing consistent colour and antimicrobial protection to resist stain-causing mould and mildew. PERMACOLOR Grout is easy to install – just mix with water.
