Residential Makeover

Talk about a stunning makeover! Glenn Mannix, LATICRETE Technical Sales Rep, was on site at this residential home in Berry, NSW, which has been transformed by Brian and Penny Harvison. They have installed approximately 300m2 of Travertine look porcelain tiles, supplied by Walker Tiles. 

The team have chosen to use a range of LATICRETE installation materials throughout the project including: 

• 335 Premium Flexible Adhesive is a high performance thin-bed adhesive for installation a wide range of tile and stone for exterior and underwater applications. 
• Ultra X8 Polymer Fortified Flexible Adhesive is a creamy and smooth to trowel thin-set adhesive for installing all types of tile and stone over a wide range of surfaces.
• HYDRO BAN® is a thin, load bearing waterproofing/crack isolation membrane that DOES NOT require the use of fabric in the field, coves or corners. HYDRO BAN is a single component, self curing liquid rubber polymer that forms a flexible, seamless waterproofing membrane. HYDRO BAN bonds directly to a wide variety of substrates.
• SPECTRALOCK® PRO Premium Grout* is a high performance epoxy grout that offers colour durability and stain resistance with extraordinary ease of use. Can be used for interior, exterior and immersed applications. 
• STONETECH® KlenzAll™ Cleaner is a heavy duty cleaner made to clean the toughest soils on natural stone and tile.
