Trend Group is an Italian company started by Pino Bisazza that produces coloured glass, venetian enamel, gold leaf tesserae and engineered surfaces (agglomerates) of fragmented glass, quartz and granite. Trend modernised the backing system for mosaics using a polyurethane backing called the ‘Plus system’ which forms a structural bonding system between the mosaic sheets.
