An Underground Park - The Lowline
OK, so what is the LowLine?It is the transformation of an abandoned trolley terminal on the Lower East Side of Manhattan (New York City, USA!) into the world’s first underground park. This will be a new kind of public space that uses solar technology for natural illumination. It will use cutting edge design to capture and highlight a very special abandoned industrial space.
