I received an email from a tiling contractor: "Yesterday, I ended up in a conversation with Rick Carls.  He was the architect from ID3A on the steam room project that you used for the Steam Room Technical Design Manual book.  He asked me if the book was ever published.  I was wondering if I could get a copy of the book for him.  We are currently doing another project with him.  It would be great to be able to hand it to him at a job meeting."
