We recently
shared a residential project in Tinbeerwah, QLD, by Don Macdonald and his
team from The Orchid Group. We are excited to share the
next stage of the project, which is a 46m2 exterior undercover car space at the
front of the home. The 300x600x9mm porcelain tiles have been installed using a range of LATICRETE materials:
- STRATA_MAT™ - A next generation high performance uncoupling mat for use under tile and stone installations for both residential and commercial applications. Designed to replace traditional underlayment materials. Engineered to allow safe, reliable installations of tile and stone over "problematic" surfaces such as wood, cracked concrete, post and pre-tensioned concrete.
- 355 Premium Flexible Adhesive - A high performance thin-bed adhesive for installing a wide range of tiles and stone including low absorption ceramic tile, porcelain tile, natural and manufactured stone using thin-set method of installation.
- 254 Platinum (Previously 345 Platinum) - The ultimate one-step, polymer fortified, thin-set adhesive. For interior and exterior installation of ceramic and stone tile, reduced thickness porcelain, quarry tile, pavers and thin brick. 254 Platinum provides long open time with unsurpassed adhesion and workability.
- SPECTRALOCK® PRO Grout - A patented, high performance epoxy grout that offers colour uniformity, durability and stain resistance with extraordinary ease of use. SPECTRALOCK PRO Grout is designed for use on ceramic tile, glass tile and stone applications, both residential and commercial.
