Check out this beautiful residential home project in Horsley, NSW. The tiling throughout the property has been carried out by Chris Renton and his team from CR Elite Tiling for Stiletto Homes. To ensure the best quality work was delivered, Chris completed the tiling installation with a range of LATICRETE materials including:

Incredible Backyard Transformation

This residential backyard in Sandy Point, NSW, recently received an incredible full backyard makeover. The transformation project was carried out by Valley Garden Landscapes, and consists of 200m2 outdoor space.

Purchased from CINAJUS, the project features, 15mm Horus Sandstone french pattern and 600x400x40mm Horus Sandstone bullnose pool coping and steps which were installed using 335 Premium Flexible Adhesive.

Georgetown Piano Bar Gets New Floor!

The Georgetown Piano Bar, in Washington D.C, needed to revamp their existing black and white painted concrete flooring, and LATICRETE SPARTACOTE™ was the chosen flooring solution.

Collins Concrete Coatings, a seasoned SPARTACOTE installer, carried out the 120m2 project starting with surface prep, which consisted of using SPARTACOTE FAST FIX™ to repair the concrete cracks, spalls, pop-outs, pitting and spalling. The concrete slab was then mechanically profiled for proper adhesion.

Once the surface prep was complete the team started on applying the SPARTACOTE Metallic™ system in a coffee colour on to the main floors, and then started on the stairs. The owners of the piano bar wanted the stairs to fit in with the overall design theme that had been used but wanted them to differ from the main flooring for safety reasons. The owners selected SPARTACOTE MICA Chip in Copper River to compliment the coffee metallic on the main floor. Continue reading here.

Murray Heazlewood and his team from SEQ Tilers are currently working on this outdoor stone project in Ashgrove QLD.  The 85m2 outdoor space has been installed using a range of LATICRETE products including HYDRO BAN® and 335 Premium Flexible Adhesive.  

• HYDRO BAN is a thin, load bearing waterproofing/crack isolation membrane that DOES NOT require the use of fabric in the field, coves or corners. HYDRO BAN is a single component, self curing liquid rubber polymer that forms a flexible, seamless waterproofing membrane. HYDRO BAN bonds directly to a wide variety of substrates.
• 335 Premium Flexible Adhesive is a high performance thin-bed adhesive for installing a wide range of tiles and stone including low absorption ceramic tile, porcelain tile, natural and manufactured stone using thin-set method of installation.
