With our system of premium self-levelling underlayment (SLU) and patented mobile blending unit, we can
correct concrete deflection to an extremely flat specification at a blistering rate. Which allows the following
trades to maximise their efficiency too. And we do it without tying up lifts or creating harmful dust, making for a
safer job site.
How we deliver perfectly flat floors:
- Simply place the concrete slab and bull-float or broom finish to a minimum tolerance of FF15. No need for power trowelling or curing compounds.
- The installation crew preps, surveys and sets the levelling pegs.
- Our patented Mobile Blending Unit blends the SLU at street level and pumps it more than 60 stories high at a rate of 13.5 ton per hour.
- We deliver a high volume of our SLU wet, out of the hose, creating a high-precision flat floor that meets the exacting requirements of specifiers and leading floor goods manufacturers. Following trades can be on the floor in 24 hours or less.
