Shane Anderson, LATICRETE QLD Technical Sales Rep shared these photos of a project which Murray Heazlewood and this team from SEQ Tiling and Cladding have been working on in Clayfield, QLD.
The floor features tessellated tiles and the walls feature 75x150mm ceramic tiles installed using the below LATICRETE installation materials:
3701 Fortified Mortar Bed is a polymer fortified blend of carefully selected polymers, portland cement, and graded aggregates.
HYDRO BAN® is a thin, load-bearing waterproofing/crack isolation membrane that DOES NOT require the use of fabric in the field, coves or corners.
335 is a premium, flexible, high-performance thin-bed adhesive for installing a wide range of tiles and stone including low absorption ceramic tile, porcelain tile, natural and manufactured stone using thin-set method of installation.
The project will be grout with PERMACOLOR® NS - is an ultra-premium, factory prepared, polymer fortified, non-sanded cement-based grout designed for grout joints up to 6mm. For use on highly delicate surfaces such as polished marble, soft glass, and metals. Excellent for wet and dry areas, for interior and exterior installation. Click here for more information.
