Facade Project in VIC

LATICRETE Technical Sales Rep, George Andriotis, was recently at this new residential home in Lyndhurst, VIC. The external facade and pillars was installed using 335 Premium Flexible Adhesive in Off-White and STONETECH® Enhancer Pro™ Sealer, installed by the team from Tiles in Stiles and products supplied by STileS VIC Tile Supplies and Accessories. 

335 Premium Flexible Adhesive is a high performance thin-bed adhesive for installation a wide range of tile and stone for exterior and underwater applications. 335 Premium Flexible Adhesive exceeds the requirements of AS ISO13007.1&2 classification C2TES1.

STONETECH® Enhancer Pro™ Sealer is a heavy duty sealer that seals and enhances the surface to a deep rich colour.

Training at Macquarie Fields TAFE

LATICRETE Technical Sales Rep, Glenn Mannix, was recently at Macquarie Fields TAFE facilitating training for the students on using HYDRO BAN®, waterproofing and crack isolation membrane, and HYDRO BAN® Adhesive& Sealant. The students were devoted to their craft both in the classroom and with hands-on training using LATICRETE  products: 

• HYDRO BAN is a thin, load bearing waterproofing/crack isolation membrane that DOES NOT require the use of fabric in the field, coves or corners. HYDRO BAN is a single component, self-curing liquid rubber polymer that forms a flexible, seamless waterproofing membrane. HYDRO BAN bonds directly to a wide variety of substrates.
• HYDRO BAN Adhesive & Sealant is a one component, fast curing, hybrid elastomeric adhesive and sealant. This product is specifically formulated to meet today’s Green Building Standards and has excellent adhesion on a wide variety of substrates. Coogee Pool Project

Joe Tabone has been working with the team on this new residential pool in Coogee, NSW, by EasternBuilt. The 50m2 project is fully tiled with Ezarri glass mosaic, carried out by Sam Reslan together with RJ McAlister Tiling and installed using a range of LATICRETE materials to qualify for a LATICRETE 15 Year Warranty. 

LATICRETE products used:

• 226 Thick Bed Mortar is a factory prepared blend of carefully selected raw materials, Portland cement and graded aggregates. 226 Thick Bed Mortar was designed for use with 3701 Mortar Admix to produce a latex Portland cement mortar that has exceptional strength. 
• 3701 Mortar Admix is a specially designed latex admixture for use with thin-set adhesives, cement grouts, cement mortar beds and other cement mixes.

Comerong Island Pool Complete

In November last year we shared this pool project in Comerong Island, NSW. The team from Amazing Pools have been working hard to get this pool done, and we can truly say it has been worth all the efforts.
