Sydney Fish Market hosts a virtual festival of seafood every single day

SFM is the largest market of its kind in the Southern Hemisphere and the world's second largest seafood market in terms of variety outside of Japan. A working fish market, SFM sources product both nationally and internationally and trades over 14,500 tonnes of seafood annually - with up to a hundred species traded every day.


Lunch was GREAT ! An assortment of fresh seafood and fresh bread.  And good company.

LATICRETE 335 Adhesive Used at QUT

This beautiful granite paving was laid by “Bland 2 Brilliant” and used LATICRETE 335 Adhesive at QUT Garden Point Campus, QLD. A full demolition of the existing pavers was undertaken and then replaced with the granite paving stone.

LATICRETE 335 Adhesive is a flexible cementitious high performance bagged powder to be mixed with water to install low absorption ceramic tile, porcelain tile and natural stone using the thin-set method of installation. Exceeds the requirements of AS4992.1&2 classification C2TES1. Excellent for exterior and underwater applications, superior bond to masonry.

There was so much action, and Fabian the Tiler was kind enough to stop working for a short time to talk to the team about the series and answer any questions.
